Shipping rates

Orders within The Netherlands ship for a flat rate of  €4.50 (Orders over €45 ship for free!) 

Free Pick-up option available in Woerden, kindly send me an email.

Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg orders ship for a flat rate of  €12.95

Just select your country at the check-out.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days, unless stated otherwise. You will receive an update and tracking code via email.

Custom orders will be shipped in 7 - 10 business days, since they are handmade especially for you. After this shipping times will vary based on location.

Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping delays are to be expected. Thank you for your patience!

For orders outside The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: I am sad to say that shipping is currently not supported. This is one of the first things on my wish list, as Wees Onmisbaar continues to grow. Thank you for being so understanding.

Please note

Please double check your address before checking out. If an order is sent back due to incorrect address, you will be charged a re-shipping fee. Please note that any re-delivery, communication with the courier if you missed your package or pick up is the customers responsibility.

Returns

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Legally I do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. However, if your earrings are damaged due to being mishandled during shipping, I will gladly send you a replacement. If this happens, please send an email within seven days of your order's shipping date.
